Wessex Healthcare deliveries

Most orders placed before 1pm with cleared monies are dispatched on the same day.

Typically, delivery is within one or two working days from date of order. Some products however may take up to seven days. Where possible Wessex Healthcare will endeavour to give accurate delivery dates. Occasional delays caused by items going out of stock are possible, but we work hard to keep these instances to a minimum.

If you do not hear from us within a week of placing your order please contact us. We do however issue a receipt of order and where possible an indicated delivery date.

Most orders are dispatched by courier and will require a signature. They will normally make 3 attempts and the goods will be returned to us. If this happens we can resend at an extra charge or refund less the original carriage charge. Certain low weight items may be sent by Royal Mail.

Handling, Carriage & Packaging Charges

Three handling, carriage and packaging bands apply to goods sold through Wessex Healthcare. The band applicable to your order will be visible in your basket when you checkout.

Coronavirus

We are now fully open and Functioning according to Covid 19 regulations. We can supply you a mask, hand gel and we keep a social distance while discussing your requirement. All equipment has been sanitised so you may try it out.– Please use our contact no. and email for free advice and information.

Deliveries are still ongoing although there may be a little some delay with some items. Please telephone or email us with your order and delivery details.

Free delivery on website orders over £100.00 – Council and NHS purchase orders accepted.
